Booked a 1 hour oil massage, lasted about 50 minutes. The massage was good and strong, so that was a plus. But the masseur themselves wear a mask and is shirtless. Could be a bit better if they were friendlier and if it was a bit more intimate.

Overall pretty good. Massage therapist has skills. It was a little painful on certain parts near the end, but in general quite comfortable. He wasn't very young, but maybe not very old either, probably at least 30+, couldn't see his face properly because of the mask. He took a bit long time when he left the room several times to prepare my hot towels, and oil. This is acceptable, as it was the first day reopening from the lockdown from the coronavirus, and I didn't have an appointment so he had no chance to prepare beforehand. The treatment lasted longer than 90 minutes, so I guess that maybe makes up for the time he was away. He asked for a tip, which is reasonable, as this is not Japan. He said usually 100, which I feel was a bit much, as I expected 10-15% of the original price, but 100 was more than 25%. I guess it is ok, since their original price wasn't that expensive, so even after adding 100, it was still not too expensive. The place was not too dirty, not too small, not too smelly. Music was ok. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing truly remarkable. I'd give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.

It was my first time to try this spa. I required a mature and skilful masseuse to help relax the tightness of my muscle. But finally I got a 2x young guy he don’t know massage at all, he is not handsome and quite thin. I really don’t understand the standard of this spa. I only can see the guy work quite hard, but I really can’t enjoy it at all. As he forced his fingers too hard, making my muscle more tight :( after the massage he was asked for tips. ( I really hate that) all masseurs expected for the tips, no matter their skill is good or not. I think the owner really need to give more massage training to the staff. As the room is nice but masseuse really bad. This is the second worst experience when I try Hong Kong gay spa.

I booked 90mins body oil massage. This time with Harry, a new masseur. His skill needed to bed improved. I did not really enjoy his massage throughout the entire service; besides he was bit sick which annoyed me. He should not be in charge on that night if not fit enough. The great thing from Joy &Passion spa is its cleanliness and spa room ambiance. I love this ambiance, with spa music in each room, so you feel relaxed. I hope next visit I will get a good masseur, as pity this time I did not enjoy at all.

I visited here on Saturday afternoon without an appointment. They are welcoming me to provide body massage 60 minutes service. After I took a shower I started to do massage. It was very nice and great service. I will visit again for sure.

I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to massage but this place came recommended so decided to give it a try. I must say I was far from disappointed. Alex, while on the younger side, was professional, caring, sweet and really took care of this old tired body. The facilities are adequate and clean and the place is easy to find. The price was reasonable with no uncomfortable talking about tips etc. My only regret was that I could not visit again before leaving HK.
